General

If you're a new customer, we strongly recommend an appointment as we will ensure someone is ready to help as soon as you arrive. If you're an existing customer looking to get measured for an outfit already on order, a fitting appointment is required.

Ordering

It's never too early to order your wedding outfits, whether you're hiring or buying! Outfits are reserved in advance with a small deposit, for weddings up to 2027 and fitted 4-5 weeks before the wedding if hiring, or 8 weeks before if buying.

Our standard deposit on hire orders is 25%, provided the function is more than 6 months away. When buying, our minimum deposit is 50% which allows us to order and reserve your suits, which are then fitted closer to the time.

Yes, you can pay for your hire or purchase outfits in instalments! However, please note that the further in advance of your function you book with us, the more flexible your payment options will be.

We're proud to offer a large range of suits for all occasions and events. This includes weddings, proms, interviews, black-tie dinners, graduations and funerals to name a few.

Measuring

Hire outfits are measured 4-5 weeks before the function. Boys are measured closer to the date to allow for growth spurts. If buying, all groomsmen need to be measured immediately once the deposit is placed. We then reserve the suits, and a final fitting is required 8 weeks prior to the function. Please note, if you are purchasing a tartan outfit, this is usually fitted no later than 3 months before the function.

In addition to our quality garments and second-to-none customer service, our Home Hire Service is what we're famous for.

When ordering four or more outfits, this special package includes measuring, delivery and collection, all arranged to your front door! Measuring takes place 4-5 weeks prior to your wedding, at one address, hopefully with everyone present. For weekend weddings, delivery is usually the Monday prior, allowing plenty of time for try-on at home. Then we collect on the following Monday, so you have the outfits for a full week!

Yes! Groomsmen who live away can complete our self-measurement form, which includes an easy-to-follow guide through the measuring process. We check all sizes and may ask for some to be double-checked, just in case.

We also go one step further for your 'not-so-local' friends and family. For a small extra charge, we'll send the outfit to their home address at least 5 days prior to the wedding. This allows plenty of time to try on before they travel, so we're aware of any potential issues in advance. The last thing you want to find is that something doesn't fit the night before the big day!

Yes! We provide free sleeve and trouser length alterations on all of our outfits, whether you're hiring or buying. When buying, charges will apply for more complex requests but all will be completed by our own in-house tailors.
